Red curry chicken

or my first Thai wok.
After the successful pineapple fried rice from last week, tonight I tried something a bit more challenging: a red curry chicken.
Actually it was not that hard, key is to succeed with the sauce as once the sauce is ready you just add the chicken in it (obvious I know).
Not only did it look like it was supposed to but on top it tasted as spicy as it should be. It was a real pleasure to eat it and reminded me of the curry at Purple Haze. Something tells me that we more practise I should be able to invite guests for a Thai dinner some night, now that I am sure of the result. Anyone in the mood for some Thai?
