On Tuesday night I found on my table a bag with a letter. Inside the bag a box. Inside the box, little boxes. For the Mid-Autumn Festival or Moon Festival, Somerset offered a box of moon cakes. More than the cake itself I am actually amazed by such a packaging effort. Looks really fantastic. Almost like jewelery.
I discovered that on Monday it's a national holiday because of the festival. For sure I will ask if there are any celebration organized and go take a look at it eating my moon cakes.
