Tempting

Last night we had dinner with Luis and Manuela. At the end of the meal, Manuela offered her chocolates she had made herself. She had just completed a 3-day training at the Chocolate Academy from Caillebaut. Apparently in 3 days you can learn how to make pralines and truffes and other chocolate wonder. The more I think about it, the more I feel like taking this class.
