The Chris Joris experience

Last night we went to one of the Jazz clubs in Brussels. After the exciting times in China, I started to feel to much into "we always do the same" back home and suggested we start doing new things in Brussels. Despite we've been living there 3-5 years, there are plenty of things we have never do so let's get moving.
We started with Sounds Jazz Club. After a excellent dinner at 2eme Element (the closest I could find to good Thai food in Brussels), we walked to this Jazz Club, bought tickets for the concert and waited for Chris Joris and his band to come on stage.
None of us are knowledgeable about Jazz musicians nor had heard of the Chris Joris experience, but it turned out to be really nice, even when you have no clue about what you listen to.
They played pieces from his previous album and some of his upcoming one. We left around midnight (yeah, yeah, we didn't make it till the end of the concert) after enjoying 1:30 hour of jazz.
Definitely something to repeat in the future and great success on our first attempt trying something new in Brussels.
Now what's next?
