Mass production

Of pains d'épices!
It's that time of the year when I bake the traditional pains d'épices for Christmas.
I just spent the whole afternoon baking.
Hopefully no one will check whether they are on spec. Given I poured the spices based on feeling, none of them is going to be the same.
Now minimum two weeks to wait before we can have a bite. Ideally three. Patience...
