Simple ideas can sometimes be the best.
On Sundays after going to the gym, Wolfram and I go for lunch / brunch at Le Pain Quotidien which is famous for its "tartine".
The special tartine these days is composed of grilled zucchini with sliced chicken and mozzarella, all of this nicely heated in the oven.
Super simple idea (anyone could make it at home) and extremely good :). SO good we hope they will put it in the permanent menu.
