Last Friday I managed to pass by one of the Mobistar center so they could fix Conan's phone. The guy there did something and it was unlock. Last night I asked Wolfram to do the upgrade (yep, I asked the specialist to take care of it).
Where is the cable? In the box. No it is not. What do you mean it is not??!!!
Somehow the guy in Mobistar did not put the cable back in the box.
And of course the upgrade did not work.
Today once I was done with the Belgacom technician (I may have the phone and internet in the next 24-72 hours) I dropped by the shop and asked for the cable and sending the phone to repair.
The guy said he put the cable back in the box and that I must have lost it. For 5 minutes we argued back and forth until he said “if you keep on saying I did not put it back I will not send the phone back to the factory”!
I was chocked and just gave up. All I wanted was to send that phone and get out of there. I had no interest in arguing further and on top have to find another shop.
I really wonder what kind of service they provide when you are a client, which of course I will never become after such bad experience.
Still now I need to buy a new cable…
