For 2 weeks now I've been "exercising" with Wii fit with more or less success. I'm not sure my balance is improving nor my bmi but I've found myself a new addiction: Step Plus.

Principle is simple just follow the steps. Tricky part is that you have to stick to the rhythm, to the exact rhythm so you can achieve "Perfect" and score all the points. I could do it for hours (actually I already do it several times in a row which drives Wolfram ready as you either love or hate the music).
