So light

The new iPad is smaller and thinner than the old one which is great. 

It is also lighter. Much lighter. So much lighter that I don't dare to use it until I put a case around it. 

I know myself. I also know Oskar. Between the two of us, one will drop it.

Now, let's go to the Apple Store. 

Where does time go?

It's been a bit more than three months that I am back at work. After a slow start, the pace has returned to normal and weeks are flying away.

Having two kids makes it even harder to find a bit of free time and sometimes I wonder if I will ever get a break. Not 5min. I dream of a day that I can do nothing. I guess I'll have to wait until Oskar and Thomas are studying. 

Until then there are feeding, changing diapers, playing, attending French lessons, visiting playgrounds, practicing walking, shopping for white socks for the class photo, swimming, cooking and much more to be done. 

And in case you wonder, sleep is overrated when you have the chance to take care of three amazing boys.

A surprise box

Wednesday there was a delivery for Wolfram in the afternoon. Later on I found out that what was in the box was a new iPad. You will say that Wolfram already has two iPads, why would he need a third one? Well he does not. This new iPad was for me!

My iPad has been getting slower and slower especially in the past months. It's still working but in comparison to the phone it's day and night. With the new iPad Pro released I thought this was the opportunity to upgrade. While Wolfram would have selected a model in two seconds, I was still pondering what I would buy several weeks after the release. On top being very busy lately I never managed to order it. Lots of excuses you will say but it was not my priority. 

Wolfram therefore took care of it. I receive a beautiful rose gold iPad Pro with a little message at the back.

It won't be until the weekend that I will set it up (which is killing Wolfram internally), but I have to say I can't believe he did this.

It's officially confirmed, I have the best husband ever :)
